Skincare Tips (In Winter)
Switch to a Gentle, Hydrating Cleanser. Cold weather strips natural oils.
Use cream-based or hydrating cleansers instead of foaming ones.
Best type:
• Aloe + glycerin cleanser
• Hyaluronic acid cleanser
• Milk-based cleanser
Barrier-
Repair Moisturizer
Winter = weakened skin barrier → dryness, redness.
Look for moisturizers with:
• Ceramides
• Hyaluronic acid
• Shea butter
• Squalane
Apply twice daily.
Face Oil (Optional but Powerful)
For extra nourishment, add 2–3 drops of face oil:
• Argan oil
• Rosehip oil
• Squalane oil
• Marula oil
Use after moisturizer to lock in hydration.
Use Sunscreen (Yes, Even in Winter!)
Winter sun = still harmful.
SPF 30 every morning.
Choose gel-based or moisturizing sunscreen depending on your skin type.
HOT Water on Skin(To Be Avoid)
Hot water strips natural oils → more dryness.
Use lukewarm water for face & showers.
Humidifier at Night
Heaters make the indoor air dry.
Using a humidifier keeps the skin moist while sleeping.
Hydrating Serum for Extra Boost
Use 2–3 times/week:
• Hyaluronic acid
• Niacinamide
• Vitamin E serum
Protect Lips
Use:
• Beeswax balm
• Shea butter lip balm
• Petroleum jelly (Vaseline)
Avoid licking lips.
Drink Enough Water
even in winter, dehydration causes dull & flaky skin.
Weekly Mask
Hydrating masks help maintain a glow:
• Aloe vera gel mask
• Honey mask
• Yogurt + turmeric
• Sheet masks with HA
