Skincare Tips (In Winter)

Switch to a Gentle, Hydrating Cleanser. Cold weather strips natural oils. Use cream-based or hydrating cleansers instead of foaming ones. 
Best type:
 • Aloe + glycerin cleanser • Hyaluronic acid cleanser • Milk-based cleanser Barrier-

Repair Moisturizer Winter = weakened skin barrier → dryness, redness. 
 Look for moisturizers with:
 • Ceramides • Hyaluronic acid • Shea butter • Squalane Apply twice daily. Face Oil (Optional but Powerful) For extra nourishment, add 2–3 drops of face oil:
 • Argan oil • Rosehip oil • Squalane oil • Marula oil Use after moisturizer to lock in hydration.

 Use Sunscreen (Yes, Even in Winter!) 
Winter sun = still harmful. SPF 30 every morning. Choose gel-based or moisturizing sunscreen depending on your skin type.

HOT Water on Skin(To Be Avoid) 
Hot water strips natural oils → more dryness. Use lukewarm water for face & showers. Humidifier at Night Heaters make the indoor air dry. Using a humidifier keeps the skin moist while sleeping.
